Cancellation & Return Policy

Standard orders can be requested for cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order if dispatch processing has not been initiated. Custom-fabricated or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Returns are accepted for unused industrial parts and components in their original manufacturer packaging within 7 days of delivery upon inspection approval. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos to marketing@vistarb2b.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

• Custom-manufactured or made-to-order products
• Products with broken seals or used components
• Electrical parts that have been installed or powered
• Items beyond the 7-day return window

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For NEFT/RTGS orders, bank details must be provided to our finance team.
