Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Product is in original, unused condition
- Original packaging, labels, and accessories are intact
- Invoice / purchase receipt is available
- Product is not in the non-returnable category
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email marketing@vistarb2b.com with subject: "Return Request – Order #[OrderNo]"
- Include photos of the product and packaging
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Authorization
- Ship the product to our warehouse using the provided return label

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-fabricated or made-to-order products
- Electrical components that have been powered/installed
- Consumables and sealed products with broken packaging
- Products beyond the 7-day return window
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for defective or wrongly shipped products. For exchange requests, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
