Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Orders above ₹50,000 qualify for free shipping to major cities. Freight charges for heavy industrial equipment are quoted separately and communicated before dispatch.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM IST). Orders placed after 4 PM or on public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Damage During Transit
In the rare event of transit damage, please photograph the package before opening and report to marketing@vistarb2b.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or credit note promptly.
