VistarB2B is a B2B industrial marketplace enabling registered businesses, buyers, and manufacturers to discover, inquire, and purchase industrial pumps, spare parts, valves, and components. The platform is intended for commercial use by verified business entities.

All prices listed on the platform are in INR (₹) and subject to applicable GST taxes. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of valid payment or approved B2B commercial terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

All content on this platform including product images, descriptions, logos, and technical specifications are the intellectual property of Vistar B2B Manufacturing Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

Vistar B2B shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or products purchased. Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected order.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
